Terms of Service
1. Acceptance of Terms
By enrolling in courses or using the services of American Learning Center (ALC), you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Course Enrollment
Enrollment is confirmed upon receipt of payment and completion of the placement test where required. ALC reserves the right to place students in appropriate course levels based on assessment results. Group sizes are limited to ensure quality instruction.
3. Payment and Fees
Course fees are due at the start of each enrollment period. ALC offers a 10% discount for returning students who pay in full within the first week of course commencement. Fees are non-refundable after the first week of classes unless the course is cancelled by ALC.
4. Cancellation and Refunds
If a student cancels before the course begins, a full refund will be issued. Cancellations made after the course start date are not eligible for refunds. If ALC cancels a course, enrolled students will receive a full refund or credit toward another course.
5. Attendance and Conduct
Students are expected to attend scheduled classes and treat teachers and fellow students with respect. ALC reserves the right to remove students from courses for disruptive or disrespectful behavior without refund.
6. Intellectual Property
All course materials provided by ALC are for personal educational use only. Reproduction, distribution, or commercial use of course materials is prohibited without written permission from ALC.
7. Limitation of Liability
ALC is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the fees paid for the course in question.
